Prof. David J. Attard is a member of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the Director of the IMO International Maritime Law Institute, Malta.
Prof. Helmut Philipp Aust holds the Chair for Public Law, Public International Law and European Law at the Department of Law at Freie Universität Berlin.
Prof. David Bilchitz is Professor at the University of Johannesburg and Director of the South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Public, Human Rights and International Law (SAIFAC). He is currently Secretary-General of the International Association of Constitutional Law.
Prof. Laurence Burgorgue-Larsen is a Professor of Law at the Sorbonne Law School at the University Paris I and Co-Director of the “Institut de Recherche en droit international et Européen de la Sorbonne” (IREDIES). She has been teaching European Union law, Inter-American and European Human Rights Law and Constitutional Law at numerous universities in Europe, Africa and Latin America.
Prof. Manuel José Cepeda Espinosa is the former Chief Justice of the Colombian Constitutional Court. He was Ambassador of Colombia to UNESCO and served as Dean of the Universidad de los Andes Law School.
Prof. Jongik Chon is Professor at the Seoul National University School of Law.
Prof. James Crawford is Whewell Professor of International Law, University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Jesus College. He was elected as Judge of the International Court of Justice and took his seat on the Court on the 6 February 2015. He was formerly Director of the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, also at Cambridge. He was a Member of the United Nations International Law Commission and Special Rapporteur on State Responsibility.
Prof. Charles Manga Fombad is Professor of Law at the Institute for International and Comparative Law in Africa (ICLA), University of Pretoria. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Constitutional Law (IACL).
Prof. James Fowkes, LL.M., J.S.D. (Yale) is Professor of Foreign and International Law at Münster University (Germany).

Prof. Jasna Omejec is the President of the Constitutional Court of Croatia. She was full professor at the Faculty of Law, Zagreb University. In 2014 she was elected member of the Enlarged Bureau of the Venice Commission.
Prof. Francisco Orrego Vicuña is a Judge and former President of the Administrative Tribunal of the World Bank; Professor of International Law, Law School of the University of Chile; former Director of the Institute of International Studies of the University of Chile; former President of the Institut de Droit International.
Prof. Ergun Özbudun is Professor of Political Science and Constitutional Law at İstanbul Şehir University, Turkey. He has also taught at the University of Chicago, Columbia University, and Princeton University.
