The Province of Misiones, with the borders that belong to it historically and by right and as a integral and inseparable part of the Argentine Nation, upon restoring to itself the exercise of the rights not delegated to the Government of the Nation, organizes its powers under the republican, democratic and representative government system, in accordance with the principles, rights, duties and guarantees set out in the National Constitution. Sovereignty resides in the people, from whom emanate all the Powers, but the people only govern through their representatives...
