1. Legislative procedure is usually defined as a series of actions by means of which laws are considered and adopted, ie the process of discussion, adoption, and publication of laws. The legislative process includes several mandatory stages which are important and follow in a certain sequence. Only the completion of one stage makes it possible to proceed to the next one.
