1 Through a practice spanning more than 30 years, the Constitutional Court of Korea (‘CCK’ or ‘Court’) has proven itself to be one of the most actively functioning constitutional courts in Asia and around the globe. Its vibrant rights adjudication has produced numerous landmark decisions, in line with the development of human rights and democracy in the country.
