The AWACS I (1994) (Ger) (also known as Armed Forces judgment) of the German Federal Constitutional Court (‘FCC’) of 12 July 1994 was the result of a parliamentary challenge to the German Government’s decisions to deploy armed forces in three military missions to conflict zones beyond the NATO area.
