1 The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter ‘CC BiH’ or ‘the Court’) is the highest constitutional court in Bosnia and Herzegovina (‘BiH’). The Court, in its present legal and institutional form, was established pursuant to Annex 4 (the Constitution) to the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina (‘DPA’) (1996).
