1 The Constitutional Court of Portugal (‘CC’ or ‘Court’) is ‘the court that has the specific competence to administer justice in matters of constitutional nature’ (Constitution of the Portuguese Republic: 2 April 1976 (as Amended to 2005) (‘Constitution of Portugal’) Art. 221 (Port)).
