1 The Supreme Court of Nepal is the highest Court in Nepal; it acts as the guardian of the Constitution of Nepal: 20 September 2015 (Nepal) (‘Constitution’) and is responsible for the protection of human rights. It has appellate jurisdiction over seven High Courts and extraordinary jurisdiction.
