We, the representatives of the people of La Pampa, gathered in a Constituent Convention, invoking the protection of God, the source of all reason and justice, sanction the following Constitution: The Province of La Pampa, a member of the Argentine Nation, in the full use of the non-delegated powers, subjects itself to the republican representative system for its governance and political life, according to the principles, rights, duties and guarantees laid down in the National Constitution.
