THE CONSTITUTION OF ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA WHEREAS the People of Antigua and Barbuda— NOW, THEREFORE, the following provisions shall have effect as the Constitution of Antigua and Barbuda:— (1) Antigua and Barbuda shall be a unitary sovereign democratic State. (2) The territory of Antigua and Barbuda shall comprise the islands of Antigua, Barbuda and Redonda and all other areas that were comprised in Antigua on 31st October 1981 together with such other areas as may be declared by Act of Parliament to form part of the territory of Antigua and Barbuda.
