Professor Jeff King, General Editor, is a Professor of Law at University College London (UCL), a Legal Adviser to the House of Lords Select Committee on the Constitution, and a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. He sits on the Editorial Committee of Public Law, the General Council of the International Society of Public Law (ICON Society), and is a member of the Study of Parliament Group.

Professor Octávio Ferraz, General Editor, is co-director of the Transnational Law Institute and a Professor in Transnational Law at King's College, London. He is also a global fellow at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil. He is a member of the international editorial committee of Suprema – Revista de Estudos Constitucionais of the Brazilian Supreme Federal Tribunal.

Professor Nicola Countouris, Area Editor for Italy and Cuba is the Director of the Research Department at the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) and a Professor in Labour Law and European Law at the Faculty of Laws of University College London (UCL). Before joining the ETUI and UCL he had taught law at the Universities of Reading, LSE, and Oxford.

David S Law is the Sir YK Pao Chair in Public Law at the University of Hong Kong.

Sandra Liebenberg is HF Oppenheimer Chair in Human Rights Law and Distinguished Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Stellenbosch. She previously served as Chair of the Technical Committee advising the Constitutional Assembly on the drafting of the Bill of Rights in the Constitution of South Africa and is a former member and Vice-Chair of the UN Committee on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights. She is Extraordinary Professor at the University of the Free State, Centre for Human Rights.

Catherine O'Regan is a former judge of the Constitutional Court of South Africa and is now the inaugural director of the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at the University of Oxford, where she is also a Professor of Law.

Anne Peters is Director at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law Heidelberg, and a Professor at the universities of Heidelberg, Freie Universität Berlin, Basel, and a L. Bates Lea Global Law Professor at the Law School of the University of Michigan.

Maximilian Steinbeis is a lawyer, writer, and journalist. He is the founder and editor of Verfassungsblog, an academic forum of debate on current issues of constitutional law and politics in Germany and Europe.

Professor Paul Craig is a Professor of English Law and Fellow of St John's College, Oxford. He specializes in constitutional law, administrative law, EU law, and comparative public law.

Dame Hazel Genn is Professor of Socio-Legal Studies at the Faculty of Laws, University College London (UCL). She is currently Vice-Provost International at UCL, the Director of the UCL Centre for Access to Justice, and a member of UCL Health of the Public.

Dr. Thomas Hale is Associate Professor of Global Public Policy at the Bavatnik School of Government, Univesity of Oxford, and leader of Oxford Covid-19 Government Response Tracker. 

Richard Holden is Professor of Economics in the UNSW Sydney Business School. He writes about contract theory, law and economics, and political economy.

Dame Anne Johnson is Professor of Infectious Disease Epidemiology at University College London, Co-Director of UCL Health of the Public, and President of the Academy of Medical Sciences. She is a member of the UK Scientific Advisory Group on Emergencies (SAGE).

Dr. Michal Nachmany is a Policy Fellow at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at LSE. Her work focuses on climate legislation and policy globally, and on the role investors play in transitioning to a low carbon economy.

Dr Joe Tomlinson is a Senior Lecturer in Public Law at the University of York and Research Director at the Public Law Project.
