CONSTITUTION ACT 1934 (as Amended to 2003) An Act to provide for the Constitution of the State; and for other purposes THE PARLIAMENT OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: This Act may be cited as the Constitution Act 1934. There shall be a Legislative Council and a House of Assembly which shall be called the Parliament of South Australia, and shall be constituted in the manner provided by this Act.
