Know that the National Parliament 1 has approved and I have sanctioned the following Organic Law. 1 The Spanish term is Cortes Generales . Aragon, as a historic nationality, exercises its right to autonomy within the limits set down in the Spanish Constitution. Its institutions of self-government base their actions on respect for the law, liberty, justice and democratic values.
