In this Act: (1) The Court of Appeal is continued as a superior court of record having civil and criminal jurisdiction and consisting of the Chief Justice of British Columbia and 14 other justices. (2) There is established for each office of justice established under subsection (1) an additional office of supernumerary judge of the court. (3) Each of the persons holding an office under this section is a Justice of Appeal.
