We, the representatives of the people, meeting in a Constituent Convention and invoking the help and protection of God, order, decree and establish this Constitution for the Province of Santa Cruz. The Province of Santa Cruz, within the boundaries to which it is entitled by law, is an indestructible and inseparable part of the Argentine Nation. The National Constitution and the national laws that are adopted in conformity with it are its Supreme Law.
