An Act relating to the Supreme Court of Queensland and, for certain matters including enforcement of orders and rules of court, relating to that court, the District Court and the Magistrates Courts This Act may be cited as the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991. The dictionary in schedule 5 defines particular words used in this Act. This Act binds all persons, including the State.
