An Act to consolidate and amend certain Acts relating to the Supreme Court THE PARLIAMENT OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: This Act may be cited as the Supreme Court Act 1935. The Acts mentioned in the Schedule to this Act are repealed to the extent shown in that Schedule: Provided that- (1) Nothing in this Act shall- (2) Save as otherwise expressly provided, nothing in this Act shall affect the operation of any enactment, which is in force at the commencement of this Act, and is not repealed by this Act.
