The 43 sections of this “Schedule” were for the purpose of enabling the government to operate in the interim between the change from the territorial governments to the new state government. The provisions are self-explanatory and have no present importance. The Schedule is reproduced below without authorial comment. No existing rights, actions, suits, proceedings, contracts, or claims shall be affected by the change in the forms of government, but all shall continue as if no change in the forms of government had taken place.
